Key responsibilities

  • Daily Coordination: Be part of daily job call meetings and track action points.

  • MOM & Task Tracking: Create and consolidate MOMs and weekly task lists.

  • Timeline Management: Coordinate across teams to ensure deliverables stay on schedule.

  • Communication Liaison: Act as the bridge between internal teams and flag delays proactively.

  • Social Media Management: Upload and manage creatives across brand social platforms.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with clients, internal teams, vendors, and bloggers during execution.

  • Change Management: Capture client feedback and align with design, production, and operations teams.

  • Research Support: Create market and client research documents as required.

  • Resource Planning: Coordinate internal projects and optimise resource utilisation.

  • Quality Check: Maintain a sharp eye for detail and question feedback when needed.

  • Brainstorming: Actively contribute to campaign ideation sessions.

  • Client Relationship: Gradually become a reliable point of contact for assigned clients.

  • Supporting the Creative Team with the development of concepts, strategies, and client presentations.

  • Bring in high level of aesthetic and design sense into the creatives.

  • Understanding of Brand Design concepts and tools will be highly appreciated.

  • Eye for detail and an OCD level needs to bring out high value output.

  • Create and design various materials for digital and print Layouts.

  • Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.

  • QA design for errors.

  • Implement feedback and changes whenever possible.

  • Create visualisations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher degree – BFA or BDes is a must have.

  • Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator.

  • Minimum of 1-4 years experience in graphic design.

  • Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects.

  • Time management and organisational skills

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a graphic designer
  • Experienced and fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign is a must)
  • Knowledge of design techniques, such as prototyping
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Effective at managing your time
  • Creative skills and problem solving aptitude
  • Good understanding of visual elements (layouts, typefaces, hierarchy, contrast, colour theory, etc)
