TGC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a behavioral transformation company and the organization behind The Gamification Company. It combines the power of gamification with the neuroscience of play and behavioral sciences to design, develop, and deliver high-impact solutions. As a gamification technology-led consulting firm with over 100 years of leadership experience, it brings deep expertise across gamified e-learning, content gamification, design, development, delivery, and program management.

The goal is to build a modern, distinct, scalable identity system that instantly communicates TGC’s personality, purpose, and category, helping them stand apart from competitors while staying true to their mission of creating high-impact, play-powered solutions.

We reimagined the literal gaming cues and visual forms common in the Tech category. This led to a clean, intelligent identity built on modular forms, purposeful motion, and a refined visual rhythm. We created a system that feels dynamic yet credible, scalable across platforms, and communicates the brand’s value instantly. This positions The Gamification Company as a serious, future-facing leader in behavior-driven transformation.

We grounded the system in the science of behaviour change. That meant creating a structured, modular design language that mirrors progression, feedback loops and cognitive triggers used in actual gamified systems.

Iconography

Human-centric symbols for progress and motivation

The iconography centers on the individual, reflecting the core unit of every gamified system. Each icon represents key behavioral moments such as participation, achievement, recognition, learning, and growth. Built using consistent geometry and visual balance, the set creates a clear, intuitive layer that reinforces progression, feedback, and accomplishment across every brand and product interaction.
